We first met Laura (and her lovely dog 🐶) around 18 months before our ceremony, she invited us for a relaxed coffee and took the time to genuinely get to know us.
From the very first meeting, it was obvious that she wasn’t just interested in writing a ceremony; she wanted to understand our story, our personalities, and what made us unique. Her warmth and genuine interest made us feel completely at ease.
Laura was the celebrant for our wedding ceremony at Château de Garde on 27th May, and looking back on such an amazing day, we wanted to say a huge thank you. Not only did she create and deliver the most beautiful ceremony, but the thoughtful card waiting for us when we returned home was such a lovely personal touch that perfectly reflected the care she puts into everything she does.
The whole process was incredibly easy and enjoyable. Laura captured our story perfectly, and hearing it told during the ceremony was one of the highlights of the day. It gave us the chance to reflect on our journey together while standing at the altar, and it felt completely authentic to us.
Our family and friends all commented afterwards on how personal, heartfelt, and unique the ceremony was.
Laura also checked in with us regularly, helping to calm any nerves and making us feel completely looked after. She also provided some very helpful tips on managing pre-wedding nerves, which was another thoughtful touch.
Throughout the whole experience, she was kind, organised, and incredibly professional.
